How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. If you have not received your tracking number after 5 days, please contact us with your order number.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To initiate a return, please send an email to support@klabelofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:

All items should be in their original, new, unworn, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition

Ensure that the item is returned with its original uncut tags, care label, and packaging

Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that we can only process returns from the same country where your order was originally delivered.

KLABEL does not handle direct exchanges. We kindly request that you return the product to us for a full refund and proceed to place a new order for your desired item(s) as soon as possible.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Modify/cancelling orders

To modify or cancel an order, please make sure to send us an email within three days of the purchase. Our customer service team will facilitate any necessary changes or cancellations before the order is processed.

How do I track my orders?

It takes 3-4 business days to process your order. Once processed, you will receive confirmation email along with the tracking information.

Why has my order not shipped?

After your purchase is successfully confirmed, you will promptly receive an email containing your order number. Subsequently, once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a notification along with a tracking number. Sizing?

KLABEL utilizes a standardized size chart, which is included within the description of each product. This chart contains all the essential measurements in centimeters(cm). Additionally, you will find the model's measurements and information about the material composition in every product description, aiding you in selecting the appropriate size. Payment methods

KLABEL accepts all payments methods shown below

• Major credit cards, as shown at checkout with an exception of AMEX

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. In addition, only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction.

It is imperative that you adhere to the terms outlined in all agreements between you and any third-party payment processors. In the event of any payment-related disputes, you are required to directly engage with those third parties to resolve such issues. By providing us with your payment method details, you grant us authorization to charge all applicable amounts.

Taxes/Duty fees

Customers who purchase from the US are exempt from taxes. However, duty fees may apply for products that cost $800 or more. For international customers, duty and import taxes may be charged upon delivery.
